• Where do you want to live?
• How do you find a dentist with whom to affiliate?
• How will you get your patients?
• How will you be reimbursed?
• Will you get a minimum per day even if there are no patients for you to see one day? 
• Is there a timetable for buying the practice?
• Does the Dentist have a child or relative who will be joining the practice in a few years?
• Will you be an employee or contract labor?
