Preston has been evaluating and transitioning dental practices since 2005. He frequently speaks to state and local dental associations and was featured at the 2013 ADA Annual Session on practice transitions. Preston received his Bachelor’s in Chemistry and Applied Mathematics at Hampden-Sydney College. He received his MS in Chemistry and JD from the University of Illinois. Preston is a member of both the Louisiana State and US Patent Bars. He enjoys fishing and disc golf in his spare time.
Gretchen is the president and founder of Lovelace and Associates, Inc. Gretchen taught at the University of New Orleans. She conducted research in the Microbiology department at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry before returning to Baton Rouge and obtaining certifications in Financial Planning and Practice Management. She has 32 years of practice management experience and has been a guest lecturer at the LSU Dental School since 1986. Gretchen has been evaluating and transitioning dental practices since 1990 and speaks to national, state, and local dental meetings. She is a member of The Financial Planning Association, the Institute of Business Appraisers and is a realtor, a notary, and a member of ADS. Gretchen’s main interests are practical, ethical, and professional practice promotion and practice transitions.
